Steps to reproduce:

new agenda - on the net - google
i feel my google account email and password , accept google api  
I watch my agenda , I choose it but when I want to clic on the next button 
nothing change I can't finalize the calender creation


Actual results:

Impossible to validate agenda creation 
I use the last version of TB 31.1.2 and Ligthning  3.3.1 and test-it on two different computer nothing change

what version of Provider for Google Calendar do you use? 
Do you get any error messages in Tools > Error Console? 
Do you use other extension that interact with Google Calendar or Lightning?

Looks like problem with the calendar cache database. Possible workaround: Go to Thunderbird profile folder. It can be locate from menu Help > Troubleshooting Information > Profile Folder > Show Folder. Close Thunderbird. In the "calendar-data" sub-folder of the profile folder remove or rename the file "cache.sqlite". Start Thunderbird and retest.

I deleted the directory calendar-data in
C:\Users\XXX\AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird\Profiles\ixxxbdr.default
and it works

Deleting the whole calendar-data directory fixed it.
