Some asian character is shown on top of the first character of each word.

Rendering is fine on my Win 7 with FF32. Likely an issue about system fonts.

Yes, rendering is fine on Windows. I'm using the Ubuntu build of Firefox but the bug is also present on the official 32-bit build.

Also note that all fonts are embedded in this PDF. So I assume system fonts are not being used.

I can't reproduce on ubuntu with FF32. Can you copy and paste your about:graphics page here?

Couldn't reproduce either using latest Nightly 36.0a1 under Ubuntu 12.04 32-bit.

The problem still persist in 33.0 (from Ubuntu). But I can confirm that the problem has been fixed in 34.0b10 and 36.0a1.

Works for me in 33.1.1 Ubuntu 32 and 64-bit.

This has been fixed in the latest release so this bug report can be closed.
