A flash movie embedded by using the object tag, without (!) including the embed
tag, isn't displayed, while the embed tag itself works fine. But the embed tag
is not specified in HTML 4.0 nor in XHTML 1.0. 
The page http://www.stuco.uni-oldenburg.de/~paco/test/flash.html shows the problem.

Actual Results:  There is no flash movie in the middle of the page.

Expected Results:  There should be a flash movie in the middle of the page.
