Attachments/Incoming pane with empty handlers box
When a user opens Preferences/Attachments and Income pane, box is very often empty. This box is filled when user selects to always use some specific application for open the attachment. And there is not a way to add handlers.
When user opens Preference/Downloads tab on browser, this box is full. It is not empty.
This may cause some confusion to user, as he/she could think something is wrong.
Just a label indicating the way this box is filled could improve user experience.
