If a package name contains an embedded space then the
msIChromeRegistry.convertChromeURL function
returns the resource:/chrome/packages/core/ result indicating that the package
was not found. The url passed was:

chrome://My%20Package/content/My%20Package.xul

The package was correctly registered with lowercase package name: "my package".

I suspect that this falls into the "Doctor it hurts when I do this category".
