When making a call then hanging up a blue screen is displayed instead of the dialer app.

This issue is reproduced both manually and with automation.
Reproduction rate: 5 out of 5

The issue is not reproduced on v2.2

STR:
1. open phone app
2. dial number and tap call
3. hang up

Expected result:
The dialer app should be displayed

Actual result:
A blank blue screen is displayed (screenshot attached)

The regression window was done using the Jenkins test runs.

I have also attached the logcat from when I reproduced the issue manually.
