I as a user would like to see related questions in case the question I'm on is not the right one, so I can explore further without having to type anything

We need to bring back the more like this code for getting related articles and questions from elasticsearch. It should be easy enough to dig that up from the old commit and change it to apply to questions instead of articles. The UI is probably easy.

Just adds another side box with related content inside it. Numbers on the side would be the "me too" votes for that question.

I'm not sure people will understand what the icon and the numbers mean. Wouldn't it be better to use the icons from our search for forum and kb results?

For the backend bits, we probably want to bring this back but apply it to questions instead of wiki documents:
