As you can see from the attached file, the white down arrows that can be seen in both the Editor and Preview pane toolbars are unnecessary and obstructive. When a user resizes their window the arrows can block text and add an unnecessary bit of clutter to that importnat piece of real estate.

We are going to address this as part of a UX refresh with Thimble in Teach. WONTFIXING for now.
