Apply patch faulty_10.diff from bug 777067 and run the test case https://gist.github.com/posidron/5ef64f1547ca61ae5782

Ryan, sorry I did not remember this issue any longer. 
And I'm not familiar with the test referred above. Could anybody give more information, like providing with bitstream extracted from this test, for better debugging? Thanks~
