I click: Menu button - Settings


Actual results:

And see window without content (except two buttons - OK and Cancel)


Expected results:

I expected to see settings

If you start FF33 in safe mode (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode) 
or with a fresh profile (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles),
do you see the contents of settings?

Thanks for taking the time to report this issue.
Are you still having the same issue in latest version. I cannot reproduce in the current version. Have you tried with a clean profile ? Thanks

RE reclassification in comment 2 -- I don't think Layout:Form Controls makes much sense for this bug -- there's no mention of form controls (aside from the fact that some buttons are the only thing to show up)

There could conceivably be a layout or graphics bug involved, but it could just as easily (and probably more likely) be a Firefox frontend bug, or an addon messing things up.
