[Firefox 10th] Win64 Build landind page [design]

We are working to get Win64 builds available via mainline Nightly as a separate installer for Phase 1. We'll need a page to go live on November 10th @ 6AM pacific but we'll like want to deprecate this page once we have Win64 in mainline and riding the trains (but this is truly TBD). So, initially we think this page is a stop gap but if we get enough usage, we may just keep it alive.

Hi Ty - when I looked through the bugs, I saw that this was listed as assigned to you, but you weren't assigned on the bug. Are you aware/started on this project? Due date is Tuesday, so if not, it's at risk and we'll have to figure this out ASAP.
