Fine either way. I'm staging up the other 33.1 desktop stuff to alder first, but if stuff has landed on m-r we can just pull again to keep alder in sync with other m-r landings.

Guess I'll mark this [fixed-alder], as I've merged m-r back to alder, so this bug is included with current builds.

I can confirm that the enhanced tiles were enabled for the latest Alder builds (20141022040207) in the following locales: en/de/es/ja/pl/pt/ru.

The fr build is not available in the latest-alder-l10n folder (ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/nightly/latest-alder-l10n/).

Except for the en-US builds, in the rest of the covered locales the newtab page tile grid *is not* populated with Sponsored tiles, it was empty (using clean profiles).

Also, I've noticed that several builds are missing for different platforms, as it follows:
- de: Windows / Mac only (missing Linux)
- ja: Linux / Mac only (missing Windows)
- pl: Windows only (missing Mac and Linux)
- pt: Linux only (missing Mac and Windows)
- ru: Linux only (missing Mac and Windows)

For the rest of the locales included in the latest-alder-l10n folder the Enhanced Mode is not enabled.

Confirming that the tiles are now correctly displayed for the mentioned locales using Fx 33.1, build ID: 20141030112145.
