"Share This Page" toolbar button's paper airplane icon is not centered on the button

The paper airplane icon's left padding is 7 pixels and the right padding is 6 pixels. Plus the paper airline is very heavy on the right side, so it should probably be shifted left off-center to compensate visually.

This was fixed recently in one of the several bugs about this. At least in fx39, the airplane is now offset to the left, making it appear more centered. 8px on the right, 4px on the left.
