Sorry - I didn't put sufficient detail in here. Basically we just need something similar to the Graphics section where we can have a table of key-value pairs.

Adding the backend information from DecoderTraits into those key-value pairs would be good, e.g. Windows Media Framework version (when enabled); Gstreamer version (when enabled); ffmpeg version (when enabled)
