*facepalm* Sorry guys, I swore I saw that "r+" on my patch above. I realize now that I was looking at a different "r+" thinking it was for this :-S

I don't think we need a relnote yet. This bug adds Fennec to those locales dashboards and makes nightly testing single-locale builds available. Once the teams complete the shipping requirements, sign-off, and have their locale codes added to maemo-locales, we should add them to the relnotes.
