In CCK, I went to the Customize Internet Setup Pop screen. I clicked on the
CREATE button to create an NCI file. A dialog asked me for the name and I typed
"test.nci". I expected notepad to open up with a shell/preformatted default
document that I would actually modify. However, a dos prompt screen popped up
and eventually notepad popped up with a "System can not find path specified"
error.

Also, the notepad document opened a blank document and a shell/preformatted
defaul document. After I clicked okay and shutdown notepad, I received a
"test.nci created in directory ..." which was a long directory path under some
"ase" directory. We may want this directory to reflect the new workspace
concept we have been discussing.
