STR: 
1. compose a message
2. click on the link icon
3. search for an article in the second form
4. add the english title and add
5. in post shows up in english
6 Submit post. 

Expected: stay in english

Actual: posts in a different language. This case it was Russian.

This will only happen with the article by doing this: 
1. Click on the link icon 
2. In the second box start to type "Restore" 
3. Select Back up and restore information in Firefox profiles
4. Click submit
5 Submit the post

expected: 
Url to stay in english

actual
shows up in greek

It works in that thread only so far, perhaps a need to test or is it specific to just this article? The thread was originally in english?

Turns out it was a data issue. This question had the locale set to something that isn't en-US: http://cl.ly/image/3b021u1N2s0B

Fixed that.
