I am constantly confusing the “language” box on Webmaker with the search box. I think that this can be fixed with a simple UI treatment.
Maybe we could prefix the language box with an icon like this one? http://thenounproject.com/term/speech-bubble/43640/ And move the magnifing glass icon to the left of the search box and make it more prominent.

With the landing page redesign we've killed the search box pretty much everywhere.
