I would like to change the name servers at the domain registrar (MarkMonitor) for these domains.

Hi Daniel

I've updated the name servers at MarkMonitor as requested. Just for my own edification, they were already pointing to Route53. What was changed to require new nameservers?

They were moved to a new account. persona.org and browserid.org will be moving some time in the next month as well.

Thanks for explaining - I was just curious.  Just file a bug when you're ready to move the others.
