 Switch to Flight mode takes a lot of time.
 
 open phone with card,after register network with data open or not,then change flight mode,many times,the icons and the button in setting menu take along time to change the mode.
 In android with the same modem,flight mode change very fast.It’s due to network doesn’t release the connection completely. The difference is Android add new mechanism to change UI icon immediately. So we need a solution for this issue.
