1083048 - Chatzilla only partly localized in Seamonkey

Only some of Chatzillas menu items are translated in Seamonkey into German.

Menu:
ChatZilla - No German items in sub menus
IRC - No German items in sub menus
Edit - No German menu title and no items in sub menus
View - No German menu title and no items in sub menus
Extras - Translated
Fenster - Translated
View - No German menu title and only the first 10 items in sub menus translated

This should be fixed with the new ChatZilla language pack now being available on AMO (and being auto-updated to).

The current Chatzilla language pack from AMO solves this issue in SM 2.30

The localized SeaMonkey 2.31 Beta 1 still shows the error. 

Additionally SeaMonkey 2.31 Beta 1 has no language register in the about:addons dialog any more. 
And the field for the selection of the user interface language only offers German. Formerly English was offered too.

Even with 2.32.1 and the Seamonkey Language Pack installed these issues in Chatzilla remain. 

So two languages packs (Seamonkey itself and Chatzilla AMO) are needed to localize Seamonkey? Why isn't the build in Chatzilla Add-on localized with the rest of the product?
