Steps to reproduce:

1) Visited https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/contact/spaces/
2) Placed my mouse over Vancouver or Portland tag


Actual results:

1) The text displaying "Vancouver" and "Portland" gets hidden beneath the "Where is Mozilla" text ribbon


Expected results:

1) The text should be properly visible in the usual scenario without Zoom In or Zoom Out or without moving the map

The initial map position was chosen quite carefully, so as not to make the Auckland office drop off the radar (so to speak) when the page loads. The over-hanging "Where is Mozilla" title was a design decision, which also matches other pages on mozorg, so I'm not sure we should change this without consulting creative first. 

Given the distributed locations of Mozilla offices around the world, I don't think it is unreasonable for the user to have to navigate the map slightly in some cases. The most important thing is that all pins are visible and accessible, which they are. This is a very minor thing, so I'd be tempted to mark this as WONTFIX - but I'm open to other suggestions.
