After getting a negative review on: https://addons.mozilla.org/nl/firefox/addon/woordenboek-nederlands/reviews/635154/ I tested this myself (on Windows XP) and indeed, when you do this within Thunderbird itself, the downloadbutton does nothing. The button in Firefox works fine.
