Reproducible with:
Latest Firefox 36 Nightly - BuildID: 20141015030202

Environment: Windows 7 x64

Steps to reproduce:
1. Install an older Nightly build (in my case it was Firefox 36 Nightly from October 13th, and it was installed in a custom folder)
2. Open it with a clean profile, then go to Help -> About Nightly and check for an update (or Restart to Update if the update was already downloaded).
3. Close Nightly after it restarted.
4. Go to the "uninstall" folder and run helper.exe to uninstall Nightly.

Expected results: 
Nightly is uninstalled and all files are removed correctly from the installation folder.

Actual results:
2 files remain in the folder after the uninstall: msvcp120.dll and msvcr120.dll. These 2 files do not show in Firefox 36 Nightly from October 13. Instead msvcp100.dll and msvcr100.dll show there.

Still no nightly from today for Win... if it appears in the next 30 mins or so I'll verify today, otherwise it will have to be tomorrow.
I managed to test this today on Windows 7 x64 and everything looks good. I reproduced the issue yesterday with the Nightly built on November 19th (msvcp120.dll, msvcr120.dll, another .dll file and the gmp-clearkey folder remained after uninstall) when updating from older Nightlies (e.g. from October 1st or October 12th). 

No files remain now when updating to the latest Nightly (BuildID=20141120030202) and then uninstalling. I tried with both the 32 and the 64 bit builds with no issues.
