Description:
After created a new collection the collection is added in the middle of the last row
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20141015001201
2) Navigate to the last row and long tap the empty space
3) Select “Add Smart Collections”
4) Choose any collection (aka “Movies”)
5) Observe the spot where the “smart collection” is added
Actual:
The smart collection is added to the middle of the last row
Expected:
The smart collection is added to the end of the row

Not blocking on this issue. The user can properly add collections, even if the collection is added in the wrong place on the homescreen

Similar issue repros when adding a new collection within predefined collection area, the first collection is added as expected but the next collection is added to the next area (see attached screenshot)

In 2.2 and 2.1 when adding an additional collection within collection area the collection is not properly placed

Mass update: Resolve/Wontfix all existing collections bugs as this feature is now removed.
Please re-open or file a new bug if you feel that this bug still exists in master.
