Description: After changing users current location, and re-syncing facebook contact, current location does not update 

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20141015001201
2) Go to facebook and change users current location
3) sync contact to phone  

Actual:
Current location is not updated
Expected:
Current location is updated

After talking with the tester, and attempting 15 times on another device, this issue did not occur. Closing as WFM
