The browser will never pass the license agreement page even clicking on "i agree".

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to url: http://www.jcp.org/aboutJava/communityprocess/final/jsr053/
2.click on any button to go to the license agreement page
3.click "i agree" on the bottom, and you go back to the same page

Actual Results:  can't pass the license agreement page

Expected Results:  should go on to download page

Confirming on Linux with build 2001103103.
I just wanted to download JRE 1.3.1 and couldn't go through the License page on
sun.com, exactly the same page and bug.
