When room creation fails, we need to notify the user and given them options about what to do next. After discussion with Darrin, we decided that a good first step was to simply re-use what is currently called the CallFailedView. Standard8 and I chatted a bit, and the idea here is to create a file for stuff that should be shared for direct calls and rooms. Speculative name: baseTalkViews.jsx. We would then rename the CallFailedView to something else (SomethingFailedView, perhaps, since that's what the text says), and rename the actions associated with cancel, retry, and emailing a link, and make both the roomStore and the conversationStore handle them reasonably.

This has been fixed by bug 1074686. We've reused the GenericFailureView from the direct calling.
