Details

When clicking the link to an external website- like Ruben's site on https://www.allizom.org/en-US/contribute/stories/ , his website opens in the tab and also opens a second tab with the website.
Seems to only happen in the stories area - includes links to twitter, github, etc. Does not repro in other areas: headers, footers, events, etc.
