Description:
When the user tries to show a notification with dir set to rtl with a valid title and body, the actual notification text is not shown in right-to-left orientation. 

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20141015001201.
2) Go to http://mozilla.github.io/qa-testcase-data/webapi/notifications/index.html.
3) Get permission by selecting "Request" under "Request Permission".
4) Under "Show Notification", Enter valid title and body, and set "Dir" as "rtl".
5) Select "Show Notification".

Actual:
The text on the notification is shown in left-to-right orientation.

Expected:
The text is shown in right-to-left orientation.

Note:
The text is shown correctly in right-to-left orientation on utility tray.

Hi Derek,
This Problem can be reproduced on latest build of Flame 2.2/3.0, N5 2.2/3.0
The text on the notification is shown in left-to-right orientation.
The difference is that  while we open utility tray, the text is also shown in left-to-right orientation. Could help to check this issue agian?

Hey Alissa, I cant seem to get http://mozilla.github.io/qa-testcase-data/webapi/notifications/index.html to work. I keep seeing an error page. I am unable to test this right now, unless there is a different website you were using?

Thanks for the site link! Yes I am seeing the same results you are showing in the picture you attatched, as well as what you stated in comment 5. 

I am also able to rproduce 10/10 on Flame 3.0

Our specs say that alignment for items should be consistent, so for a LTR locale, a RTL-direction notification should still be aligned to the left margin. (and vice-versa for a LTR notification in a base RTL locale)
