(assuming that has to be done vs. leaving it as is)

We want to make sure it can talk to/with the migrated TS/Verifier Stage before knocking down the old one.

So, this should travel with TS/Verifer Stage as it gets migrated over...
This can be left where it is. We won't be getting rid of the S3 backed website anytime soon.
