Can we add a column on the KB dashboard to show an article's helpfulness?
Priority: -- → P3
Whiteboard: p=? u=contributors
Can you give the url to the dashboard you are talking about?

Also, what do you mean by helpfulness? Do you mean the percent of helpful votes over a particular time period? Which time period? Do you want raw counts? trends? sparklines? Does the metric you want exist somewhere else on the site already?

Either way, this is probably a non-trivial thing to calculate, due to the nature of how these dashboards are implemented. Probably going to be 3 points, but this isn't ready to estimate yet.

Here's the dashboard I'm referring to: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/contributors/kb-overview

I'd like the percent of helpful votes over the last 30 days. We have the metric here but it'd be helpful to see it all in one place so the community can know at a glance which articles need improvement: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/contributors/unhelpful

We don't need raw counts, trends or sparklines in the dashboard. Contributors can just click on the article history to see those details.
