+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1083644 +++

There should be *no* IPv6 options for tethering setting.

STR:
Settings -> Cellular & Data -> SIM 1 -> APN Settings -> Tethering Settings -> Add New APN

Expected:
Only has IPv4 option, no IPv6.

Howie, could you confirm whether IPv6 is scheduled or not in v2.2? If not, we need to hide the UI for IPv6 in settings app.
