Tests 'testCloseDownloadManager.js' and 'testOpenDownloadManager.js' are skipped for a really long time now, see bug 930509.

We are currently implementing the PlacesOrganizerWindow class (bug 996530) with which we can replace this tests with new ones, which will cover more functionality than the ones above.
