108390 - too much voting notification

1. Vote for a bug in bugzilla.
2. Vote for another.
  When you click submit with votes listed for more than one bug, email is sent 
to those on the list for all the bugs you have voted for, not just the bug you 
most recently voted for.  Also, a new comment specifing your vote is added to 
each bug you are voting for, not just new ones.

Have you modified your copy of version 2.11?  In the stock code, voting is a
silent operation and no mail is sent at all (or comments added) when you add or
remove a vote.

I found this bug with abiword's Bugzilla install.  I do not know what changes 
they may have made in the code.

Yes, this is an abiword specific feature.  An abiword person said this should
just be filed in their bugzilla ...

Would we want voting notifications in mainline?  I don't see any reason for it.

Before I made this bug I entered this problem in Abiword's bugzilla.  They said 
to put it here.  I have now reopened the old bug in Abiword's bugzilla, and 
added a comment explaining why, and quoting Matthew Tuck's comment.  I hope it 
will be successfull.  Thank you all for your help.
