(Whiteboard: [autoland M1])
Currently Autoland squashes changesets and uses a provided commit message when attempting to transplant patches. Based upon feedback on the tools mailing list, this is undesirable.
Rather, Autoland requests will be made in an empty commit pushed to try. Any other patches in the changeset will be transplanted individually if the autoland request is successful.

This should be fixed with this push [1] but I'm going to do some more testing before announcing this as fixed on the tools list.

This push [1] allows the bug id to be detected from the pushlog so that the syntax becomes just '--autoland'. I'll announce the changes to the tools list Monday.
