Categories in RSS feed should only contain categories.

Current example containing both tags and our *special* categories

> category><![CDATA[Featured]]></category>
> <category><![CDATA[hp_lead]]></category>
> <category><![CDATA[Live]]></category>
> <category><![CDATA[Opinion]]></category>
> <category><![CDATA[cars]]></category>
> <category><![CDATA[hacking]]></category>
> <category><![CDATA[security]]></category>

Ideally the above example should be:

> <category><![CDATA[Live]]></category>
> <category><![CDATA[Opinion]]></category>

Note we need to keep in 'Sponsored' this will likely be used by the moz.org HP to filter out this content.
