DEFECT DESCRIPTION:
  Homescreen displays app thumbnails when app has been killed.

Steps to reproduce:
----------------------------------------------------
1.Open some applications, change them to the background(like music,calendar,seetings,etc..)
2.Recieve MTC call
3.Add another call
4.Disconnect the call.
5.long press home key.
7.Homescreen displays app thumbnails when app has been killed.

Actual result:

Homescreen displays app thumbnails when app has been killed.

Expected result:

Homescreen shouldn't display app thumbnail when app have been killed.

According to https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1084221#c4
it would happen on v2.1, so what I want to know is if we could repro in master and v2.1, thanks.

Tested with Shallow Flash on 319mb and 512mb using Engineering builds.

This bug does NOT repro on Flame kk build: Flame 2.2 KK, Flame 2.1 KK

Actual Result: Not getting broken screenshots for Card View by following the STR on a flame with multiple memory settings. Reporters device was Dolphin.
