Everytime I open it, Mozilla crashes. No way to see this mail
unless I turn off JAVA and JAVASCRIPT for browser. Note that
I said JAVA and JAVASCRIPT for BROWSER, as the checkbox
USE JAVA AND JAVASCRIPT ON MAIL is always turned off. As I reported
a few weeks ago, this last checkbox do not works and I have to turn
off Java/JS suppport for the browser in order to read the mail.

Mike, could you post the Talkback ID?
Severity: blocker → critical
Keywords: crash
Mike: Please attach the email in question (Select message, File, Save As, x.eml)
Also, try a talkback enabled build, such as:
http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla/nightly/latest/mozilla-win32-talkback.zip
and send the ID generated after the crash is caught.
Summary: this mail always crashes mozilla, always, always → Reading a specific email always crashes mozilla
Mike: The mail/news advanced pref only controls JavaScript, not Java. The email
you attached to 108427 contains a Java applet, which is likely the cause of this
crash. In other words, the fact that mail/news still loads Java applets with
that pref unchecked is apparently as-designed. Verifying this bug as as
invalid. Please track 108427 for the crash issue. If you want another pref for
not allowing Java in mail/news, please search for an existing request, and if
one isn't found, enter a new report in bugzilla as a feature request.

sorry, but the problem is that this mail crashes mozilla, and we are not
discussing if the preference boxes are well written or not. We have a fact,
mozilla hangs with this mail and this can be a bug.

Mike, you entered a similar bug twice with slightly different wording. Bug
108427 covers the crash are you seeing, and includes more detailed information
(such as the actual email causing the crash, which you did not attach to this
bug). This bug is invalid, unless you want to rework the summary and severity
into an enhancement request (feel free to do so if you want to). Also, posting
a talkback ID and your Java VM version/vendor as a comment in bug 108427 would
be most helpful.
