1084275 - Debugging console doesn't react to events when attached to a phone

STR:
- connect webide to a phone (flame in particular)
- install an app that contains, e.g. a 404 error URL access (or a violation of CSP rules, like inline JS etc.).
- click on "debug app"

Expected:
WebIDE console should show that there was an error (e.g. 404 error, or CSP error).

Observed:
Nothing shows up: in the case of the GET access, the GET request doesn't get a status code and doesn't seem to get updated. In the case of the CSP error, the red error doesn't show up.

Not sure of the current state here, but it's unlikely that we'll investigate at this point since B2G is going away.
