1084283 - Pressing Enter key should submit Loop's "Add a Contact" form

1. Click the Loop talk icon.
2. Click the person icon in the top nav.
3. Click the "New Contact" button.
4. Enter a valid Name and Email.
5. While the Email field is still focussed, press the ENTER key.
6. Notice the form does not submit.

Expected result:
Pressing ENTER submits the form. (And of course, if fields are invalid, error messages are shown.) FWIW, this is how the browser handles forms on normal web pages.

Actual result:
Pressing ENTER appears to do does nothing.

maybe down road - but tabbing to button and hitting enter works - not 100% required behavior.
