The window itself has a name "Address books" so do any
(sub)book - it's misleading.

Um... where exactly do the books/subbooks have the title "Address books" ?
The window itself is called "Address Book"
The same name is for the left pane where we see
two entries immediately after setting of the email
I would call them subbbooks or else ...

4.x worked the same way for AB. We could change this to parallel the Mail app 
behavior if desirable.

When an AB is selected in left pane but entry not selected in right pane: <Name 
of selected AB> - <Product name>.

When an entry in the left pane has been selected: <Card Name> - name of selected 
AB> - <Product Name>.
