The Downloading, From and To fields in the Installer window are not redrawn when
the window needs to be redrawn.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run the installer
2. Begin downloading Mozilla
3. Click the WindowShade widget, or switch to another app and move another
window in front of the Installer window
4. Click the WindowShade widget again, or bring the Installer window to the front

Actual Results:  Downloading, From and To fields are blank.

Expected Results:  These fields should be redrawn.

Presumably the Status field isn't redrawn either, but since this field is
redrawn constantly while downloading anyway, it doesn't matter, and you really
can't tell.

I don't know what platforms besides Mac OS are affected by this.  Mac OS X would
not be affected because all windows are drawn to a buffer managed by the OS, so
windows never need to be redrawn.

Confirmed using the 07-Nov-2001 09:00 Mac Installer, but marking as a duplicate of bug 
75959.
