When a page initiates an install with InstallTrigger the request for the XPI is supposed to be considered third-party for cookie purposes. Since bug 550936 however we always send and accept cookies from such requests regardless of whether third party cookies are disabled.

In bug 550936 comment 52 I mention being surprised at the cookie tests passing. Turns out one of them has a bug which means passes anyway :(

Created attachment 8507259 [details] [diff] [review]
fix and disable test

This at least fixes the test to work properly.
