docker-worker: Add better defaults for volume cache mount testing

Right now the volume mount logic is still pretty difficult to setup I think this is easily fixed by changing the default here https://github.com/taskcluster/docker-worker/blob/master/config/test.js#L17 to some directory in test/* and make sure the testworker creates that directory then cleans it up...
Note: The assumption is the docker worker source folder is accessible via docker.
