Description: 
If the user has the software home button and a sim pin enabled, when they restart the device the shb will be overlapping with the skip and ok buttons.

Prerequisites:
1) Have the software home button enabled
2) Have a sim pin enabled

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20141017001201
2) Restart the device
3) Unlock the device
4) Observe sim pin entry page

Actual:
SHB overlaps with the skip and cancel buttons on the sim pin entry page.

Expected:
No overlap occurs.

This is the same issue as bug 1082071, and I checked that the patch there fixes this.

The problem is verified not happen on latest Flame 2.2 build.

Prerequisites:
1) Have the software home button enabled
