Steps to reproduce:
On Firefox 33 release (did additional testing, the bug already present in 33.0beta1):
-Enable bookmarks toolbar
-Add more than 6 bookmarks/folders (8 in screenshot)
-Enter customization mode
-Move bookmarks toolbar to the same row as address bar

Can you reproduce this issue on:
- a clean profile: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles
- in Firefox's safe mode: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode ?
I can't reproduce it on Firefox 33 using Ubuntu 12.04 x64, Ubuntu 14.04 x86 and Windows 7 x64.

Thanks for the support.
Can't reproduce with clean profile or safe mode.
I'll try resetting Firefox.
