In bug 1073536 we added a isOfficial property to nsIXULRuntime which reflects whether MOZILLA_OFFICIAL is set.
However, we missed that the whole XULAppInfo/XULRuntime is not available in xpcshell, so i need a good option for this soon.
Ted, jmaher, any ideas?

This is actually available, but some tests override appinfo, which mislead me here.
