User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/37.0.2062.124 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce:

First ,I  updated Firefox (in help about firefox) to version 33.0 .
It would not work so I uninstalled, and reinstalled version 33.0  with same results.


Actual results:

When firefox launches, all it displays is a black window.
I clicked where the X should be if I could see it and the window closes.


Expected results:

Display my home page, Google.
