Details

One dialog and four sub dialogs of the preference dialog box are not shown because of missing entity declarations in the German localization.

The Error Console shows for all of the following entries the message "Fehler: Nicht definierte Entität"

I can't reproduce the issue here with SeaMonkey 2.30 in German, downloaded as .zip. How have you set up SeaMonkey? Did you install the German version and update to 2.30 using the built-in updater? Did you unzip the German version and use the built-in updater? Did you install a non-German version with a German language pack and update to 2.30?
An old language pack was installed.
